Canada in the Semi-Finals!


Well, the first round of the 2010 IIHF World Junior Championship is over and Canada’s Junior Team has seized first place in Pool A in Saskatoon when they defeated the US 5-4 in shootout on Thursday in Saskatoon.  Meanwhile, Sweden clinched first in Pool B, thanks to a 7-1 win over the boys from Finland.  Both Canada and Sweden advance to the semifinals at the championship!  Go Canada… and saskatoon ;)
