With A reported profit of slightly more than $15 million (highest on record for a Canadian-based world junior tournament revenue), Saskatoon has truly won gold where the Canandian junior team fell short. The preliminary-round and medal-round games were played in Saskatoon and Regina from Dec. 26 to Jan. 5.
