For anyone who has BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Services), you will know, once you have them you can’t live without them. BES allows you to synchonize your Blackberry with your Microsoft Exchange Mailbox. For example, if you add an appointment in your calendar in Outlook or Outlook Web Access and set the reminder, the appointment will automatically show up in your calendar on your Blackberry. In addition, your will start seeing reminders pop up on your Blackberry which match the reminder time specified in Microsoft Outlook. This works both ways so if you set the appointment on your Blackberry, it will show in Outook. In addition, your contacts are bidirectional synchronized at all times, so the contacts you enter in your outlook will automatically be on your phone. All of this happendsover the cellular network and you never have to plug your Blackberry into your laptop to synchronize.
